AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Amend KRS 351.1041 which establishes the Mine Safety Review Commission, to specify that the secretary of the Public Protection and Regulation Cabinet shall have the ability to hire staff necessary and affordable for the operation of the commission, which may include an executive director, general counsel, or other policy makers; confirm Executive Order 2001-860.
