AN ACT relating to worker's compensation.
     Amend KRS 342.730 to require that worker's compensation income benefits be reduced on a dollar for dollar basis by the amount of income received when an employee qualifies for normal old-age Social Security retirement benefits, with the reduction in worker's compensation benefits starting on the date that the employee qualifies for Social Security benefits; reduce worker's compensation benefits paid to dependents in like manner when the dependents qualify for normal old-age Social Security benefits.
