AN ACT relating to the taxation of mobile telecommunications.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 139, and a new section of KRS Chapter 65 and amend KRS 139.100, 65.7629, and 160.613 to provide that mobile telecommunications shall be taxed in accordance with federal law; provide procedure for customer tax-bill disputes; make effective for tax bills issued after August 1, 2002.
