AN ACT relating to sales and use taxes.
     Amend KRS 139.480 to exempt from the sales tax any property exclusively used during or incorporated into the construction of a coal-fired electric generation facility in any county with an unemployment rate of at least 15% in any one month and at least 10% in any three consecutive months during the year 2001; sunset in 2012.
