AN ACT relating to child protective services citizen review panels.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 620 to require the Cabinet for Families and Children to establish and support child protective services citizen review panels; specify the membership of the panels; specify the duties of the panels including submission of an annual report; require the cabinet to provide access to case information if requested; assure the attendance of a cabinet representative at panel meetings; require the cabinet to make written responses to reports of citizen panels; require that case information remain confidential; amend KRS 620.050 to permit citizen review panels to have access to case information.
