AN ACT relating to expungement of records.
     Amend KRS 431.078, relating to expungement of misdemeanor records, to specify disqualifying convictions, convictions which require further consideration by the court prior to granting or denying the motion for expungement, and convictions where expungement shall be granted by the court.
