AN ACT relating to Medicaid.
     Create a new section of KRS 205.510 to 205.645 to permit the Cabinet for Health Services to negotiate with drug manufacturers to obtain services or products as a condition of their products being nonprior authorized and submit any federal waiver to implement this initiative.
