AN ACT relating to motor vehicles.
     Amend KRS 189.030, relating to time when lights must be used on a motor vehicle, to require low beam headlights to be illuminated at all times windshield wipers are in use as a result of rain, fog, sleet, snow, hail, or any other unfavorable atmospheric condition that reduces visibility; prohibit the use of parking lights in lieu of low beam headlights.
