AN ACT relating to student records maintenance.
     Amend KRS 161.210 to require local school districts to provide teachers access to the Kentucky data processing system for maintenance of student records; to establish paperwork control committees in each local school district; and to establish a grievance and appeals process for paperwork requirements teachers believe are unnecessary; amend KRS 161.990 to conform.
