AN ACT relating to cigarette sales.
     Amend KRS 365.270 to add definitions of "cigarette category space," "promotion," and "supplier"; create a new section of KRS 365.260 to 365.380, the unfair cigarette sales law, to guarantee cigarette retailers the right to contract with cigarette and tobacco suppliers without being required to allocate space or participate in promotions or other merchandising activity by the supplier.
