AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 67A.690 to provide that a retiree's retirement allowance, or spouse's if the retiree is deceased, shall be increased annually at a rate that is 4% to 5% of the amount that is the average of all retirees' annuities or the Consumer Price Index, whichever is greater, but that the amount for any individual not be less than a 2% increase in their current allowance; covered dependent children shall receive a 4% to 5% increase.
