AN ACT proposing to amend Sections 30, 31, and 160 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to terms of office.
     Propose to amend Sections 30 and 31 of the Kentucky Constitution to extend the terms of State Representatives from two to four years beginning with Representatives elected in year 2004, and stagger State Representatives' elections; propose to amend Section 160 of the Kentucky Constitution to extend the terms of members of city legislative bodies to four years; provide transitional schedule; submit to voters.
