AN ACT relating to the establishment of a pilot project for the practice of denturitry.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 313 to establish the denturitry pilot project for the provisional licensing of denturists; create and define the responsibilities of denturists; create and define responsibilities of the denturitry oversight committee of the Office of Aging Services to include complaint monitoring; establish penalties for licensed and unlicensed denturists; list information required for submission by licensed denturists; require a report to be submitted to the Legislative Research Commission by July 1, 2007, regarding denturitry pilot project.
