AN ACT relating to land surveys by state and local officers and employees.
     Amend KRS 178.080 to require persons to petition in writing their desire for the establishment of a public road, bridge, or landing, permit owner to offer land for dedication for the establishment of a public road as prescribed, establish criteria for dedicated land, permit the transfer of title to land to the county without the issuance or preparation of a deed if county opts to accept the land for the road, prohibit previous owners or their heirs from making claims to the property, and permit a copy of the resolution or ordinance of the fiscal court and the notarized property dedication to serve as proof of ownership by the county.
