AN ACT relating to classified employees in local school districts.
     Amend KRS 157.320 to define "classified employees" and amend KRS 157.360 to require that the dollar value of a cost-of living increase for classified employees be included as an adjustment in the base funding level of the program to support educational excellence in Kentucky.
