AN ACT relating to fertilizer and pesticide use and application.
     Amend KRS 217B.105 to exempt licensed operators under KRS 217B.070, if they employ no other licensed operators, from paying the dealer's license fee when required by the Department of Agriculture to register as a licensed dealer; amend KRS 217B.170 to require only motorized or mechanized pieces of ground equipment that are subject to calibration or inspection under KRS 217B.160 to be registered and charged the $10 registration fee by the department.
