AN ACT relating to tourist and convention commissions.
     Amend KRS 91A.360 and 91A.380 to require audits of the financial records of the tourist and convention commissions in accordance with KRS 65.065, and to require the commissions' books to undergo a financial engagement based upon agreed-upon procedures in years when there is no audit; amend KRS 91A.394 to require the Auditor of Public Accounts to provide guidelines for the financial engagement and remove requirements for the Auditor of Public Accounts to issue audit standards.
