AN ACT relating to the construction of county roads.
     Amend KRS 179.010, to define "construction" and "shot rock"; amend KRS 179.070 to allow a county road engineer to authorize the use of shot rock in the construction of county roads over which coal is transported; suspend all statutes and administrative regulations to the contrary.
