AN ACT relating to food sanitation.
Create a new section of KRS 217.280 to 217.390 to require restaurant employees to wear gloves while in the process of preparing, serving, or handling food intended for distribution for public consumption on salad bars, hot bars, buffets, dessert bars, and soup bars.
