AN ACT relating to the prohibition of retroactive denial of reimbursement for services covered by a health benefit plan.
     Amend KRS 304.17A-708 to prohibit a health insurer from retroactively denying reimbursement for a service that was previously electronically adjudicated if the denial is the result of an error on the part of the insurer or its agent.
