AN ACT relating to establishing bank branches.
     Amend KRS 287.180 to allow an out-of-state bank to establish a branch in Kentucky by acquisition of a branch or establishment of a de novo branch if the laws of the home state of the out-of-state bank permit Kentucky banks to establish a branch in that state by acquisition of a branch or establishment of a de novo branch; require an application to be filed and fees paid; authorize the commissioner to approve or disapprove the application in the same manner as other branches are approved or disapproved; amend KRS 287.920 to conform.
