AN ACT relating to geographic information.
Amend KRS 11.515 to add to the membership of the Geographic Information Advisory Council the executive director of the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, or his or her designee, and the Secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, or his or her designee; direct that one member, rather than two, be appointed by the Governor from a list of three, rather than six, persons submitted by the Kentucky League of Cities; direct that one member, rather than two, be appointed by the Governor from a list of three, rather than six, persons submitted by the Kentucky Association of Counties; repeal KRS 11.517, 42.630, and 42.650.
