AN ACT relating to small precincts and declaring an emergency.
     Amend KRS 117.066 to permit the use of supplemental paper ballots in the instance of a precinct with a small number of voters, provide for application to State Board of Elections, provide for counting of ballots as provided by KRS 117.275(8); amend KRS 118.215 to permit supplemental paper ballots for use in the case of a small precinct; EMERGENCY.
