AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission.
     Amend KRS 56.8605 relating to the Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission to amend the definition of "authorized projects" to include projects that will be payable from receipts of federal transportation funds; change the definition of "project notes" to mean notes issued with a final maturity of not more than twenty years, instead of ten years; amend KRS 56.863 to clarify the duties of the Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission.
