AN ACT relating to out-of-state students.
     Amend KRS 157.350 to include out-of-state pupils in the average daily attendance calculation if a pupil is enrolled in a district that charges reduced tuition and if the parent or legal guardian presents a notarized Kentucky income tax return or Kentucky real property tax bill to the school district; amend KRS 157.360 to provide that districts shall receive 50% of the base level funding for each out-of-state pupil in the average daily attendance enrolled in a district that charges reduced tuition; provide that this Act applies beginning with the 2002-2003 school year.
