AN ACT relating to postconsumer waste and recycling equipment.
     Amend KRS 139.480 to define cost of production as used in the sales and use tax exemption for energy or energy-producing fuels used in manufacturing, processing, mining, or refining; applies to sales made on or after August 1, 2002.
