AN ACT relating to consumer protection.
    Amend KRS 287.730 to provide that violation of KRS 287.730(2), with intent to defraud, is an unlawful act, subject to KRS 367.110 to 367.370; create new sections of KRS 367.110 to 367.370 to define terms; provide that intentionally imposing a fraudulent finance charge after payment in full by a bank or a credit card issuer is a violation of KRS 367.170, subject to the Consumer Protection Act, KRS 367.110 to 367.370 and to the penalties contained in KRS 367.990.
