AN ACT relating to state employee salaries and making an appropriation therefor.
     Require an adjustment to executive branch state employee salaries after each year of the biennium to adjust salaries based upon the difference between what is actually appropriated and the statutory five percent only if the state revenue projections exceed what is projected in the budget.
