AN ACT relating to state gambling revenue.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 216 to state the intent of the General Assembly to provide $25,000,000 in state revenue from gambling, other than pari-mutuel wagering, that may be authorized by the 2002 General Assembly or any subsequent session transferred on an annual basis for a pharmaceutical assistance program for the elderly, if superseded by federal law or if funding is received through direct state appropriation, the funds should be diverted to fund community based services for the elderly; and provide that funding may be used as a match to receive federal dollars.
