AN ACT relating to occupations and professions.
     Create a new section of KRS 335B.020 to 335B.070 to require a a licensing authority that imposes mandatory continuing education requirements on its licensees to excuse them from mandatory continuing education requirements during the time the persons are on active military duty in the Armed Forces or National Guard; permit the licensing board to prorate the requirements if the requirements are imposed in part for a period in which the person was not on active military duty.
