AN ACT relating to tax credits for land conservation and preservation.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to provide an income tax credit for taxpayers who convey land to an eligible conservation agency for conservation or preservation purposes; make credit equal to 50% of land value; cap at $100,000 per person and $2 million total per year; have Department for Natural Resources administer; amend KRS 141.0205 to conform.
