AN ACT relating to vehicles that may be driven on public highways.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189 to allow the operation of golf carts or other motorized carts on which the maximum speed is not more than 25 MPH during daylight hours on non-divided highways; require carts operated under this section to comply with the requirements of KRS 189.810 to 189.830 requiring slow-moving vehicle emblems; exempt carts from other equipment provisions of KRS Chapter 189 and vehicle licensing provisions of KRS Chapter 186; require operators of carts to possess a valid driver's license.
