AN ACT relating to agroterrorism.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 247 to define "Agricultural facility", "Agricultural product", and "Agroterrorism"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 247 to assess penalties for people who commit acts of agroterrorism; amend KRS 500.080 to define "Agricultural facility" and "Agricultural product"; amend KRS 513.010 to include "agricultural facility" in the definition of "building"; and repeal various sections of KRS Chapter 437.

HCS/CI - Define "agroterrorism", "agricultural facility", and "agricultural product" as used in the Kentucky Penal Code.
SCS - Retain the original provisions and expand the definition of "agroterrorism" to include a viable commercial agricultural product.
