AN ACT relating to nursing facilities.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 216 to prohibit a nursing home from denying admission based on the individual's nursing care needs; require an evaluation of needs prior to any denial of admission; require the Cabinet for Health Services to monitor compliance.
