AN ACT relating to school athletics.
     Amend KRS 156.070 to require that if the state board of education or any agency designated by the state board to manage interscholastic athletics promulgates administrative regulations or rules related to transfer of students and their athletic eligibility, the administrative regulations or rules shall apply to high school sports and students in grades 7 through 12.
