AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.552 to allow employees of water districts entering the County Employees Retirement System after July 1, 2001, to buy service with the water district prior to the water district's participation, and for qualified military time, by paying to the system 50% of the delayed contribution payment.
