AN ACT relating to crimes against elected public officers.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 508 to define elected public officer; create a new section of KRS Chapter 508 to create the crime of intimidating an elected public officer; create a new section of KRS Chapter 508 to create the crime of retaliating against an elected public officer.
