AN ACT relating to retailers of farm implements.
     Create a new section of KRS 365.800 to 365.840 to establish conditions under which wholesalers, manufacturers, or distributors of farm inventory would be required to purchase a retailer's farm inventory and other assets; amend KRS 365.805 and 365.820 to conform; make technical corrections.
