AN ACT relating to school districts with student population growth.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 157 to establish a school growth trust fund to be distributed to eligible school districts that have previously levied a five cent tax under the provisions of KRS 157.621 and have grown by 150 students in average daily attendance during the preceding five year period; require the Department of Education to certify the eligibility of school districts to participate; and establish the funding formula for participation of eligible school districts.
