AN ACT relating to graduated driver's licenses for teenagers.
     Amend KRS 186.412 and KRS 186.450 to an intermediate operator's license for 16 to 18 year olds; prohibit nighttime driving from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. in the first six months; require one hundred and eighty day violation free period before obtaining operator's license or intermediate permit; complete 50 hours of driving experience; require intermediate license sticker while driving.
