AN ACT relating to salvage titles.
     Amend KRS 186A.520 and 186A.550, regarding salvage titles for vehicles, to limit the 75% of NADA value standard to cars eight years old and newer; provide that if a model is no longer sold and the 75% threshold is met, a salvage title shall be required even if the car is less than eight years old; provide that a salvage title is always required when an insurance company becomes the owner of a vehicle after a claim settlement.
