AN ACT relating to employment of persons by employers that provide services to the elderly.
     Amend KRS 216.787 to permit employment of a person with a felony conviction more than 10 years removed, if there are no other convictions, by an agency providing services to senior citizens funded by the state; and amend KRS 216.789 to permit employment of a person with a felony conviction more than 10 years removed, if there are no other convictions, by a long-term care facility, nursing pool, or assisted living community providing services to senior citizens funded by the state.
