AN ACT relating to school districts.
     Amend KRS 160.470 to permit all school districts to levy a tax rate that does not produce 4% more revenue than the compensating tax rate; amend 157.440, 160.476,160.475, 160.473, 160.472, 160.460, and 157.621 to conform.
