AN ACT relating to the provision of the warnings required by Miranda v. Arizona to non-English speakers.
     Creates a new section of KRS Chapter 15A to allow for the provision of wallet cards and audio tapes setting out a criminal suspect's Miranda warnings in Spanish and allowing for additional languages.
