AN ACT relating to the eligibility of nonpublic high school graduates for inclusion in the Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship Program.
Amend KRS 164.7879 to extend eligibility for the Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship to nonpublic high school graduates who earn perfect scores on the ACT or the SAT and permit for one academic year the award of the maximum base amount and supplemental award for one year; amend KRS 164.7881, 164.7884, and 164.7885.
