AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 42 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to legislative sessions.
     Propose an amendment to Section 42 of the Constitution of Kentucky to require that the session in even-numbered years be shortened to 40 days; provide for submission to voters and propose language for the ballot question.
