AN ACT relating to public safety.
Amend KRS 197.120 to require that when a prisoner is released from a state penitentiary, the warden shall notify the Circuit Court, Commonwealth's attorney, and sheriff of the county where the prisoner was sentenced.

HCA (1, J. Vincent) - Require that notice of prisoner release be given by mail, fax, or electronic means at the discretion of the Department of Corrections in a manner to insure receipt.
