AN ACT proposing an amendment to Sections 99, 101, 103, and 227 of the Kentucky Constitution relating to constables.
     Propose to amend the Kentucky Constitution to eliminate the elected office of constable; submit to voters; provide ballot language; and provide that constables elected at the general election at which the amendment is ratified shall have office or right to take office vacated.
