HCR 127 (BR 1050) - P. Bather
Direct the Legislative Research Commission to have a study conducted to examine the costs and benefits of creating a new state tax credit for people who care for elderly relatives in their home or increasing or expanding the current state tax credit for household and dependent care services; require the results to be submitted to the appropriate committees before the 2003 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
