Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish a task force to study the potential development of the grape and berry industry in Kentucky; establish duties and members; require report to the Legislative Research Commission by September 1, 2002.
HCR 159 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original focus of the resolution to study the development of Kentucky's grape and berry industry, except instead of directing the Legislative Research Commission to create this task force, direct the Interim Joint Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources to study the issue; amend to direct the topics to be discussed in the study by the committee and direct groups from whom the committee shall seek information and testimony; amend to require a report from the committee to the Legislative Research Commission by November 1, 2002.
